How to Make THC Lean

Making your own cannalean isn’t all that hard. Most of the ingredients you’ll need can be found at your local grocery store. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • THC distillate
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Vegetable glycerine
  • A saucepan
  • Flavour additives like lemon extract, or any other of your choosing (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. To start, you’ll be creating a simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water in your saucepan. You can scale to the amount of syrup you’d like to make, simply add more sugar and water, or just use less.
  2. Now, you’ll want to bring the simple syrup mixture to a boil on high heat. While it is heating up, make sure you continually stir the sugar and water together so that they thoroughly mix.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add your THC distillate to the saucepan once the syrup gets boiling. Stir as you go along. This part of the process can take 45-60 minutes to complete.
  4. After about 30 minutes at medium heat, add your vegetable glycerin. The ratio is about 1:20 or two teaspoons per 3 cups of simple syrup. However, you may customize the recipe as you please. A little goes a long way here.
  5. After adding your vegetable glycerin, you can add your flavour additives to the mixture, continue cooking the mixture for the remainder of the time.
  6. Let the mixture chill, and then pour it into a secure container and refrigerate.

THC Lean vs Regular Lean

THC lean and codeine lean are not to be confused. Though they may share a similar texture are both used medically and recreationally, they are not one and the same. 

While THC lean follows a similar cadence to many traditional cannabis edibles, lean is far more dangerous and could even lead to you ending up in the hospital or worse. 

That’s not to say that you can’t overdose with THC lean.

You can definitely “overdose” on weed lean, but you won’t overdose in the traditional sense where you’ll suffer any physical or mental harm. Overdosing with weed is known as a “green out” and usually results in anxiety, sleepiness, and paranoia.
