I was cold turkey for about 2 weeks to reset my dosage level. I am a recreational user. Occasionally, if I took too long a walk or standing in one place for a while, this seems to do the trick to loosen me up. I had some shortbread cookies that I made and I put a dropper on each cookie. My shortbread 2 inches round, by 1 inch. I dropper full each cookie and let it soak in. Enough time to make tea. I have also done this with other hot and cold beverages. It took about 30 min to kick in. I would buy this again.

I was so excited to try this because of the potency level but it’s really not all that for me and my tolerance level is pretty low. It still gets you high, it just takes too long. I took it on it’s own (you definitely need a glass of juice on standby with this cause it’s oil lol) and I used it to cook as well. Over all just ok for me
