Smells and tastes like mint tea which I love!! Didn’t make me feel any better though. But I will drink this anytime!! Also I steep it with coconut oil!

* Must steep with coconut oil * This tea is phenomenal for calming the mind, muscle/nerve spasms and cramps! It relaxes the body, and depending on your in-take levels, this tea can be used early evening to get some things done, once the pain subsides! Warning, my friend did fall fast asleep while I still had insomnia after drinking the tea. Each person has their own limits ! *i need more pls* 🙂

My wifes review:
As a women with progressive Endometriosis throughout my organs, I cant begin to express how much I love this tea during my menstrual cycle. The pain is throughout my whole abdominal core plus in my pelvic area. I drink this tea about an hour before bed. I was reserved on how much to put in at first, as I tend to get high pretty quickly on small amounts. That was in the beginning but now if anyone has the Davids tea perfect spoon for measuring – I measure two spoon fulls and steep inside a regular sized coffee press adding some coconut oil.

This is a good tea for any chronic pain, the suffering and grouchy feelings it creates. Not just for PMS and Menstrual relief. Far superior to the Temple Tea – there was flavour and effect with the combination of herbs used.
