Love this product, just start with half and work up every 30 minutes to an hour. 1 1/2 was the best dose for me. It lasted for about 3 hours and then perfect before crashing to bed. Best sleep I got in awhile. Thank you everyone

I start with half of 1 and wait for half hour to hour to kick in. Usually kicks in just right. Within 2-3 hours the effects tend to disappear but that’s when its good to dose again. Had to take it slow after popping one more. For beginners try half of one first
