These taste great! I was worried that the vegan recipe would taste weird or pasty (for some reason) but I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong! There’s a similar texture, maybe slightly less chewy, and a hint of date flavour, which is perfect, right up my alley. Definitely ordering more soon!
