This massage oil works great especially if you want to relax. It soothes your tired body and even helps with the muscle pain you’re enduring. Just for comparison, we put it on our dad who works everyday as a construction labourer. He always has work on the side so he never really gets enough rest. He hasnt been able to sleep properly due to shoulder pain but after a massage with this oil he was out like a light. So I recommend this especially if you’re going to use it for pain or relaxation.,
